Why do you run?


I started to run at the first of Pandemic in 2021. Running keeps me healthy and I met lots of runners.

Describe your best marathon memory.


My first half marathon was 2022 Fred Lebow HM in Central Park NYC, I finished in 2:39. I ran with a very happy memory because I met lot of friends in the race including an 82-year-old lady. We took some selfies and photos in the race.

Why do you pace?


I always pace the beginner runner in my running club. I am very happy when helping others finish their half marathon, maybe the first half marathon.

Tell us your best pacing experience.


I paced 300 for JC half marathon in 2023. I should have a partner first. But she moved to 2:30 after other pacers did not recover from the Boston Marathon. As a result, I paced 300 by myself and finished in 2:59:17. No matter what happened, or no one following me, I was always keeping a steady pace.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Most runners of my group are running their first half marathon. We can finish it in a happy and relaxing time. You can do it.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I was a volunteer in some NYRR running race. I also volunteered in 2022 and 2023 NYC marathon in finish line.
