Tell us your best pacing experience.
I was pacing the Football Hall of Fame Marathon in 2016 and have one runner stick with me the whole time. I lied to her about our pace until we where at mile 24. I told her that she was 10 minutes ahead of her BQ and I knew she had a lot left because I kept slowing her down. She ended up BQing by 14 minutes and joined her in Boston in 2017. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
