A quotation you like…

If you can dream it, you can do it. – Walt Disney

Why do you run?

Health and to challenge myself to be limitless. Running helps clear my mind and to relax.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Carmel Marathon 2019 which was a 9 minute PR and BQ negative split run in rainy conditions which I was able to stay focused and not be deterred by the weather.

Why do you pace?

Help other runners achieve their goals whether it is to obtain a PR or cross the finish line. Giving back to the running community as a pacer did the same for me.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing multiple runners to help them obtain a PR while also qualifying for Boston.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I will keep them focused and motivated from the start of the race all the way to the finish line.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Believe in yourself. Execute your plan. Stay Focused. Trust in your training
