A quotation you like…

“Either you run the day or the day runs you.” – Jim Rohn

Why do you run?

I run for health, to burn off stress, and to allow me to get away with eating the way I do!  Also, I find it amazing how much of a city you can see on foot.

Describe your best marathon memory.

My second marathon was Disney in 2015 and it was also my first and only Dopey Challenge.  I saw some friends cheering me on at about mile 24 when I knew it was highly likely I’d finish the race in under 4 hours.  I was elated to say the least.

Why do you pace?

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I was in awe at how large my pace group could actually become.  It was exciting knowing we were truly on a mission.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I want to help you reach your goals!  Despite having run many marathons, I still remember details from each one so I hope I can relate to your situation.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Believe in yourself, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and have a positive attitude.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I haven’t been pacing for long but am excited for more opportunities.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

My employer encourages us to engage in community service each year.  My department does various projects throughout the Orlando area.
