Why do you run?

That’s a good question, at first it was to control the weight that I gained from college years. Then I really fall back in love with it after my 4th marathon, I always needed a goal so I keep signing up for marathons, once I know I could do more the 3 or 4 in a season, I thought why not 12 – one a month for a year. Now that I have meet some of my running goals I like to Help others meet their goals in running .

Describe your best marathon memory.

Air force Marathon  2013 -3;18 – felt great , weather was great

Why do you pace?

I want other runners to reach their goals ( boston etc..) Pacing is a lot of fun,  when I am not racing and its rewarding to see others runners meet their goals

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Every time I pace and I help others meet their goals is great experience for me.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am a lot of fun, I like to talk about anything. Mostly running.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

I am a true believer in eating and drinking during the marathon. Not to much, a sip or two every water stop and Gel every 4-5 miles. If you don’t do this you will get week.  Eating and drinking is a must !!

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I did a charity run in May 2014 - 200 miles in 7 days  for the Alzheimer's Assn. of Greater Cincinnati
