What are you reading now?

No Surrender by Chris Edmonds

I’m constantly reading. I love it!

Who do you train with?

Mostly myself…have TP for long runs

Personal goals

Break 3:10, break 3:20 at Boston (3:20:17 2016)

A quotation you like…

My Father told me once, “If you don’t do anything, you can’t do anything wrong!’ There are two ways to look at that statement.

Why do you run?

Redemption

Describe your best marathon memory.

My first BQ (Flying Pig), my second Boston Finish! There is nothing to compare to Boston!

Why do you pace?

For the satisfaction of helping others achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Paced the 7:00 min/mile pace and looked over my shoulder and saw 16,500 people behind me! Also, to have so many people thank me anytime that I pace. You can see the joy and sincerity in their eyes!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I’ll keep things interesting. I love people and I’ll make sure that you’re focused but loose…you may even forget your running for a while!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Stick with me and I’ll get you there, I’ve done this before!

Anything else you’d like to share?

I’ve run at various times throughout my life so it’s always been with me in some way. But ever since I’ve run my first Marathon, it has changed my life.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

There are certain charities that are dear to me.
