Why should someone run in your pace group?


I love to listen to people’s stories and experiences about running, it’ll be very casual and lots of fun. We’ll probably have a bunch of first-timers who will need the support of the whole group.


Any tips for runners about to join your group?


If your training went well, you’ll be fine and we’ll have a great time.


Anything else you’d like to share?

I run according to how I feel and I try to mentally let go of life’s craziness. The run goes much more smoothly if you’re not looking at a watch every 20 seconds.
