To compete against the best,stay in shape and help others (online coaching).

Sucking it up the last 5K at Harrisburg and leaving nothing out there on the course to get that sub 2:45:00

Why do you pace?

 

Great for a long run and having others depend on me out there to get them to their goal is awesome!!!!

Paced a group of 7 to a sub 4:30:00 last year at the Suffolk County Marathon.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

B/c I can run evenly and am a real motivator.
