A quotation you like…

Whatever you do, do it with love… it will come out right!

Why do you run?

Endorphins and the joy of achieving goals.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Miles 22-26 of my 5th marathon… all that holding back in miles 0-14 was paying off.  Did my first neg split, BQ, and current PR.

Why do you pace?

To help others reach their goals, especially through the toughest moments.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Enjoy the race, the company, the witty sense of humor, make friends, share struggles, pull through together, and don’t worry about the clock – I will take care of that.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

If in doubt of what pace group to join, pick the slower one.

Anything else you’d like to share?

The training is as rewarding as the race itself.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

My wife and I have led Marriage Encounter weekends, now we teach Faith Formation together… when I find something good, I like passing it on.
