A quotation you like…

Have courage and be kind, for where there is kindness there is goodness and where there is goodness there is magic.

Why do you run?

I run because it makes me feel alive, strong and free.

Describe your best marathon memory.

In 2020, I ran a marathon on my own in my hometown through my favorite places. It was beautiful to walk down memory lane and inspiring to see my old neighbors, childhood friends, and people across town line the streets to cheer me on. Running connects people, and I felt the strength of that connection in that moment.

Why do you pace?

Running has brought me so much joy in life, and I want to share that joy to bring people to their personal bests, or at least lend a smile to help them along the way.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I have never paced officially before, but I spent a lot of time in high school leading workouts on the clock. There’s a special feeling when you lock into a pace with a group of people and just hold on together.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

If you’re looking for an upbeat, perky individual to support you through your first race or along the way to a PR, I’m your girl. I have a lot of joy and energy to share and I’m excited to spread it around.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Stay positive and work together, we are stronger in numbers
