Describe your best marathon memory.

Boston marathon 2014.  Incredible!  Boston Strong

Why do you pace?

It’s rewarding to give back to the running community

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Mississauga 2016.  Wet, windy and wild

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Strength in numbers.  Shared success.  Shared pain. What’s more you’ll get to hear my funny accent!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Be patient, 26.2 is a long way.  Let the group take the pressure off.  If it feels like you’re going too slow you’re probably with the right group.

Anything else you’d like to share?

If you find yourself off the back of the group, don’t panic.  We all have a bad patch.  If things improve work your way back slowly.
