Why do you run?
|
Initially I started running to get in shape, now for my daily
“alone” time and stress relief
|

Describe your best
marathon memory.
|
Des Moines 2010 which I went into with mediocre training and
with no expectations and ended up running nearly even splits and had a great
run with a very respectable time.

Why do you pace?
|
I enjoy helping other and am looking forward to giving back to
other runners
|

pacing experience.

First time, so I’m hoping it will be Fargo Half 2011

Married to Michele who for some reason puts up with my obsessive
behavior during taper weeks

Volunteer coach for my sons’ soccer and basketball teams, member
of School Advisory Committee at sons school
