Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

The simple power of the pack…. You run with the pack, or you pee with the pups.

 

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Be prepared to run 26.2 miles.   Just because you did a ½ marathon 8 months ago, does not mean you can simply do twice that now.
