Why do you run?

I run to keep my up my fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am an advocate that diet and exercise are the best medicine. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
|
My best as actually the JFK 50. I broke my patella at mile 10 and ran the other 40 miles. I would never advocate running injured, but it does prove the power of a strong mind. |

I think it is extremely satisfying to help someone achieve something that they thought was unachievable. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I feel I can be motivating, and my main goal is to help everyone around me achieve their personal goals. I love to talk, a lot and I can keep your mind occupied for hours as I like to tell funny stories. |

I like to get involved in trail cleanup activities because I think maintaining our trails keeps them for the future.
