When I paced the 4:20 group in Philly, the crowd was really fun and funny about the 420 reference! It was a fun city and a fun pace group. We had a blast all 26.2 miles. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I run each mile consistently. I offer advice, encouragement, and conversation for anyone who wants/needs it. I provide an upbeat, positive, and fun atmosphere in the group. |

Our marathon journey begins with the first mile where we will start with getting our breathing steady and staying loose. We will take this one mile at a time, enjoying the experience and staying present in the moment. |
