A quotation you like…

Life must be understood backward. But it must be lived forward

Why do you run?

Is there any other way?

Describe your best marathon memory.

Why do you pace?

Pacing is one of the best versions of group running, and it is a very rewarding experience. Helping people to overcome the wall while distracting them from being tired, pulling them the last miles, picking up strays that fell off pace…

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I’ve brought quite a few people across the finish line at a goal time… with some fun and laughs along the way.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Stay mentally relaxed during the run, trust in your training and a race plan.
