A quotation you like…

“Your body will argue that there is no justifiable reason to continue.  Your only recourse is to call on your spirit, which fortunately  functions independently of logic.”  Tim Noakes

Why do you run?

Travelling and running marathons around the country is an amazing adventure.

Describe your best marathon memory.

I won a prediction marathon.  I was the runner who finished closest to midnight.

Why do you pace?

I like giving back to the running community.  The stories I hear from all the runners are inspiring.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Watching my runners kick it in and pass me on mile 25!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

The camaraderie makes the time go by so much faster than if you run solo.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Show up on race day with a plan for hydration and nutrition.  Write it on your arm if it helps.  You will run with confidence and enjoy your  race experience if you have a fuel plan in place.
