A runner came up to me after a marathon I paced and said I motivated them the entire race and gave them the push they needed.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I love laughing, having a good time, and helping people reach their fitness goals. Being active and moving is the best medicine possible.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Relax. Focus on your breathing. Hydrate along the way. Have fun!
