Why do you run?
I have run since I was in elementary school and started as a sprinter. I have always enjoyed running to stay fit and relieve stress. I also strive to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. |
Why do you pace?
I enjoy pacing and encouraging others to accomplish goals they never dreamed possible. It's a very rewarding experience and I feel a way to give back to the running community. |

Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced my sister most recently in a 5K. She just started running a couple years ago at 33 years old. She has been a Type 1 diabetic since she was 16 months old and is a mother of 2 kids who wanted to "get fit." She was stuck at about a 29-30 minute 5K so I paced her to her goal of sub 29 minutes. It was the most fulfilling experience I have ever had as a runner. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
I think that I am very motivating, encouraging, and will definitely hold the desired pace to help the group achieve their desired goal. I will chat and encourage during the entire run!! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Be prepared to listen to me encourage you and talk to you!! :) |
