Why should someone run in your pace group?


I’m a very positive, energetic and encouraging person.  I love adventures (which I believe every marathon is).  My groups have a lot of fun and I have a lot of repeat customers!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Be ready to enjoy the big day!

I’m a good listener and talker – but I know when to just stay quiet and dig deep too.  We’ll have a great day!


What philanthropic activities do you have?

While I support numerous charities, I am very involved with schools and organizations that are focused on children and all people with disabilities.
