Why do you run?


It makes everything seem better.  I always feel I conquer the world’s problems while I am running….It takes a couple hours for things to get mucked up again.


Describe your best marathon memory.


At the Disney Marathon a runner was running a similar pace to mine but he was juggling.


Why do you pace?


Because I want to give back some of what my mentors gave me, knowledge, experience, fun times and motivation


Why should someone run in your pace group?


I will try and make your experience memorable and motivate you to meet your goal. 


Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Get ready to have fun…and hang tough
