Why do you run?

 

To keep living, keep my sanity, stay focus, strong and healthy. To motivate people, help my teammates and running club.

Chicago marathon, first time I broke 3 hours.

To help runners accomplish their goals and learn the importance of pacing.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I have coached track & field to middle school students for 10 years, now I coach some runners for free         ( running club and co-workers)
