A quotation you like…

Why do you run?

To release stress and be happy.  Running keep me focus on my goals.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Running Comrades Marathon in South Africa was amazing.  I love the country of south Africa, met many wonderful people and runners.  The Valley of thousand hills really humble me, and the supports of spectators and fellow runners made the experience unforgettable.

Why do you pace?

I want to help other runners to accomplish their goal; encourage them at miles 20 that they could finish the marathon.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

My best pacing experience was Monumental Marathon in 2012.  I had a big group of runners from the very beginning.  I had two runners stayed with me from the first miles till 26.2.  One runner ran her first marathon ever, and she finished under 4:10.  The other runner was a 62 old woman wanted to qualify for Boston, and she ran under 4:10.  She’s going to Boston!!!  I was very happy for them and feel very rewarding J

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Someone wants to have fun and accomplish their target marathon time.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Have fun!  Start slow, marathon is starting after mile 20.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I like to laugh and have a good time!
