Proposing to my wife at the finish fine of the Twin Cities Marathon in 2004…she said yes! |

I still can’t describe the feeling I get when I pace an athlete/group and they run a Boston qualifying time…it’s an incredible experience! |

I paced at the RNR AZ Marathon in January of 2009…beautiful day, beautiful course…everyone ran FANTASTIC…an experience I’ll never forget! |

Running with my pace group, you are guaranteed to have a great time, and to hit your splits right-on. I am a talker and very encouraging…let me help you run that new PR! |

Come prepared physically AND mentally to compete…visualize yourself running well, setting a new PR and/or qualifying for Boston! |
