Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I try to be accurate and keep a steady pace and help you with all concern; and provide extra tips how to set up the race strategy, if needed. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Start slower and set your pace. Run an easy 16 miles first and then go all out for the last 10 miles. |
