Why do you run?

 

Cast away uneasy daily thoughts; enjoy being out in the nature or city; offset for the extra food I eat; Create feel good and hopefully sometimes get high! J

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I try to be accurate and keep a steady pace and help you with all concern; and provide extra tips how to set up the race strategy, if needed.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Start slower and set your pace. Run an easy 16 miles first and then go all out for the last 10 miles.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Have fun and enjoy your day and accomplishment, no matter what

 

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Fund raising, random donations, and trying not to harm other people
