Describe your best marathon memory.

Shamrock Half Marathon 2016.  I was the 2:30 Half pacer, and I was able to lead a number of good friends to a PR!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I will motivate (or distract you, lol) by telling you stories about my life. How I lost 100 lbs, how I got into running, telling you bad jokes and maybe singing “do you see what I see”.  I promise you will laugh. In the end, this will be a fun and memorable experience!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Break down the race into 13.1 or 26.2 goals and see every mile is a goal achieved!

Also pause at every water stop.  You need to hydrate!  Don’t worry we will stay on pace!
