Why do you run?
It builds my endurance for other sports like weightlifting, and it feels great to be in shape |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Celebration for the half marathon – beautiful location, ideal weather, I was in great shape and got my current PR |
Why do you pace?
Pacing is a great way to relieve stress on runners who are trying to achieve a specific goal and can rely on pacers to get them across the finish line. Also, as a pacer, it is rewarding to help runners achieve their goal. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I ran the hot chocolate 15k with some pacers and it was the best experience because I got to focus on running without stressing about my time. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
After my experience running with pacers, I will ensure that runners in my pacing group will have the same level of stress relief and can focus on achieving their race time. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I would recommend to not go out too fast even if they are feeling good in the beginning, take advantage of the water stops, and have fun running |
What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I help James with running the Westchase Irish 31 Run Club every Wednesday and I love to help people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
