Why do you run?


I like it. A lot. It’s just part of who I am.

Describe your best marathon memory.


First marathon in Raleigh. Was fun to try experience my first marathon the whole thing was just new and exciting and different than all the other runs I’ve done.

Why do you pace?


Because I love running

I had a blast pacing Kelsey on one of her key workouts that helped her reach her goal of qualifying for the Olympic trials.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Because my love for running is contagious and I know my paces well.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Don’t over analyze, relax and run your race. Also don’t put too much pressure on yourself just do your best.
