I had a blast pacing Kelsey on one of her key workouts that helped her reach her goal of qualifying for the Olympic trials. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Don’t over analyze, relax and run your race. Also don’t put too much pressure on yourself just do your best. |
