For me…my mind and to help motivate others….but mostly me.. |

When I told myself I would never do this stupid running thing again…and that it was ok to stop….but I never did…Location…5 minutes after Belle Isle. |

Why do you pace?

I am new to the pacing. I like the idea because of all the pacers I have followed and how they improved and saved me in races. I would love to be that guy. |
