Why do you run?


For me…my mind and to help motivate others….but mostly me..

Describe your best marathon memory.


When I told myself I would never do this stupid running thing again…and that it was ok to stop….but I never did…Location…5 minutes after Belle Isle.

Why do you pace?


I am new to the pacing. I like the idea because of all the pacers I have followed and how they improved and saved me in races. I would love to be that guy.



Why should someone run in your pace group?


Because I am bald and you will never have a hard time finding me J

I am not really great at anything…but what I do…I do it as well as I possibly can..
