Running for fun, happy and health

Describe your best marathon memory.

2018 Boston Marathon was one that can’t forgettable. This was my first Boston Marathon, the wind, the rain, and the temperature were encountered by 100 years.

Why do you pace?

Pacing is control people and also learns to control yourself. During regular training, I always lead a group running in the range of speed.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

For a pacer, the best thing is not more than to help the runner to achieve their training goals. 2018 Carmel Marathon, as a 400 Pacer, I was appreciated by a runner who finally achieved sub4 after 4 times try. 2019 also in Carmel marathon, as a 355 Pacer, I help a Purdue University freshman student for her first Marathon sub355.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Following my pace group, I will provide you an accurate pace and help you manage your time. To do my best help you to achieve your training goal.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

1: Good training, 2: good judge your ability, 3: Keep your even pace for 20 miles, 4: after 20 miles, you can adjust your pace based on your goal. 5: in general, I will run even pace.
