2018 Boston Marathon was one that can’t forgettable. This was my first Boston Marathon, the wind, the rain, and the temperature were encountered by 100 years. |

Why do you pace?
|
Pacing is control people and also learns to control yourself. During regular training, I always lead a group running in the range of speed. |

Tell us your best pacing experience.

For a pacer, the best thing is not more than to help the runner to achieve their training goals. 2018 Carmel Marathon, as a 400 Pacer, I was appreciated by a runner who finally achieved sub4 after 4 times try. 2019 also in Carmel marathon, as a 355 Pacer, I help a Purdue University freshman student for her first Marathon sub355. |

Following my pace group, I will provide you an accurate pace and help you manage your time. To do my best help you to achieve your training goal. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
1: Good training, 2: good judge your ability, 3: Keep your even pace for 20 miles, 4: after 20 miles, you can adjust your pace based on your goal. 5: in general, I will run even pace. |
