Why do you run?


Because I enjoy it! Running and coaching has given me the opportunity to meet new people and make great friends.

Describe your best marathon memory.


Athens, Greece because it gave me the chance to learn more of my heritage and connect with family/friends.

Why do you pace?


Because I enjoy the personal satisfaction of helping others achieve their marathon goals. It makes me happy to see them happy!

Tell us your best pacing experience.


Miami, because it was my first pacing experiencing and Sarasota, as the last two years as I had a “fan club” of 2-3 runners who follow me every year. 

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Because the companionship and camaraderie will help you achieve your marathon goal.
