I enjoy the comradery in between runners and the great sense of accomplishment

Negative splitting the last half of the Mount Mitchell marathon by running down the side of a mountain, finishing in the arms of my husband.

Why do you pace?


I pace because I enjoy encouraging the runners to be their best.

Tell us your best pacing experience.


There was a runner that was hitting a wall and struggling to hold their pace. I kept her distracted and helped her pull through the wall to the point that she sped past me.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


I will be a pacer that the runner can trust and know that not only will I hold the pace, I will keep things fun to ensure your most memorable marathon to date.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Be prepared for consistency. We will continually run and achieve our pace goal
