A quotation you like… |
“Your biggest challenge isn’t someone else. It’s the ache
in your lungs and the burning in your legs, and the voice inside you that
yells “CAN’T”, but you don’t listen. You just push harder. And then you hear
the voice whisper “can” and you discover that the person you thought you were
is no match for the one you really are.”

Why do you run?
I enjoy constantly pushing myself to see what I can accomplish next. I have always done this in every aspect of my life but running provides a tangible way to measure yourself in miles and time. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
I always love seeing my wife and children during races cheering me on. Having them waiting for me at the finish line of my first Ultra Marathon was an extremely emotional experience for me. |
Why do you pace?
To help others achieve their goals while having fun. Marathons are exciting and more fun when running with a group. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I love having a good time and enjoying the experience. Hitting my pace and goal times is a given but it’s essential to have fun along the way and the miles will just roll by. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Race day is about keeping the proper pace and making sure you properly fuel and hydrate. Take nutrition every 7 miles and make sure you hydrate at the aid stations. |
