Why do you pace?

I want to help people, especially newer runners, to reach their goals. Pacing is a great way to meet people and support others while getting to run myself. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am a very consistent and steady runner, and I want to help people achieve their personal goals! |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Do your best but always listen to your body. If you need to slow down or walk, there’s no shame. It’s better to be careful than to push yourself too far and get hurt. |
