A quotation you like…

“People don’t think it be like that, but it do.”

Why do you run?

For fitness, for fun, and to improve myself!

Describe your best marathon memory.

Coming up over the crest of Forbes hill and knowing the worst hill of the race was over, while seeing Pitt’s Cathedral of learning.

Why do you pace?

I want to help people, especially newer runners, to reach their goals. Pacing is a great way to meet people and support others while getting to run myself.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am a very consistent and steady runner, and I want to help people acheive their personal goals!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Do your best but always listen to your body. If you need to slow down or walk, there’s no shame. It’s better to be careful than to push yourself too far and get hurt.
