Why do you run?

Love running and love the community

Describe your best marathon memory.

When I represented Nepal during Asian Olympics Game. Being out there among the Asia’s best to run for my country was a very proud and emotional moment.

Why do you pace?

To inspire, motivate my tribe who have put months of hard work on the road to reach their goal

Tell us your best pacing experience.

When I was pacing NYC marathon for 3:55 group, there were few women who had been running marathons for years for a goal to break 4 hours one day. When I had them cross the finish line with 3:54:31, they were crying and couple of them made me talk to their families in facetime and their entire family was thanking me.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

While pacing, my goal is not only to hit the pace but also have fun during the race, be cheerful and enjoy the journey from the Starting line to the Finish. I love sharing our stories and enjoy the moment.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

I would love my runner to be around 30 secs faster than the pacing goal time. I would start easy and let everyone get into the momentum of the goal pace. I will try to be as consistent as possible and will let my runners know where we are on the goal pace.  if need to make up some time, I will let the runners know.
