Why do you run?


It is my stress relief.  I am a better dad, husband, and friend after I run!

Describe your best marathon memory.


I really enjoyed the Mohawk-Hudson Marathon.  It is in my hometown and all my family and friends were at the finish.

Why do you pace?


I love to talk, meet new runners, and help others to achieve their running goals!



Why should someone run in your pace group?


You will never be at a loss for entertainment!  Plus… I am a Pilot…  I promise we will be on time!!! J

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Set two time goals.  One that you can be happy with and one that will want to make you want to throw a parade in your honor!   Doing this usually always makes you a winner!!!



What philanthropic activities do you have?

I have volunteered for the Critical Incident Response Team at my airline for the last 10 years.  It is and has been an excellent way to give back to my peers!
