Why do you run?


Running makes me feel good about myself and the rest of the world. I love the reward of a good sunrise.

Describe your best marathon memory.


Running a surprise 10 minute PR to finish my first sub 3:30 – some runs just feel effortless, rare, but one of the best feelings in the world!

Why do you pace?


A friend paced me to my first BQ time when I didn’t think I could do it alone.  I would like to return the favor and help people achieve something they didn’t think they could do or have been unable to do on their own.

Pacing a friend to a BQ time and reaching her “secret goal” 2 minutes faster than needed.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


To ensure that you don’t start too fast and It’s more fun than running alone.
