Why do you pace?

To help achieve other runners goals

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I had quite few of them but whenever runners whom I helped to achieve their goals, shake my hand or give me a hug (sometimes cry with joy), telling “thank you.”

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am a very consistent pacer. As long as you stay with me till mile24 or so, you will get your goal time.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Be patient even if you feel good running, say  even at mile 15, stay with me and the goal pace
