|
I have exactly 4 hilarious jokes that will be doled out strategically when you need them most. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
I’m open to any and all constructive feedback you may have--other than my shorts are too short! Also, you should run the race you trained for! Don’t run with the 7:15 pace group when you trained to run a 7:45 (been there, done that, no fun). |

The first endurance race I signed up for was a 50k right after college. My then-girlfriend (now wife) said I was crazy to sign up for a 50k when I hadn’t even run a marathon before. She had a point, so I signed up for a marathon the month before to 50k. She said that wasn’t her point… |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I donate regularly to the United Way and other charities, volunteer in my community, coach HS Ultimate Frisbee, and volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
