Why do you run?
Initially it was to burn off my puppy’s excess energy so he wouldn’t eat the furniture. Too bad it didn’t work. Since then I find it relaxing when I am not stressing over races. |

Why do you pace?
Try to help others meet their goals. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
Seeing people accomplish something they did not think they could do. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I have finished one out of the money several times. So if you beat me to the finish you might take home a check. But more importantly, I know where the beer stops are and accommodate them in my pacing. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Stay with the group, not me. The collective effort will get everyone to the beer tent on time. |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
Have fun. If you are running with me, you are not going to win, and marathons are a lot of work if you are not having fun. |
