Finishing at Boston for the first time, the crowd and environment is like a huge wave that engulfs you.

Why do you pace?


I like seeing others succeed

Tell us your best pacing experience.


I was having severe sleep deprivation and stomach issues in a timed race and a kind person nudged me until I got up from laying on a bench, then they ran by for a while until I threw up in the bushes recovered to finish the race.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Because I bring positivity and will do everything I can to get them to finish on time.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


All the hard work is done in training, remember the miles and tough runs you put in when things start getting tough.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Running is an act of improvement, the race is a litmus test to measure it.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I enjoy volunteering at races with my daughter, she loves handing out the drinks
