Why do you run?


Because I can! Running and exercise put me in my Zen place, I am able to free my mind and think without trying.

Describe your best marathon memory.


Getting to mile 22 at the back end of Ironman North Carolina and knowing I was going to complete the race! Realizing I was going to come in sub 3hrs at NJ Marathon

Why do you pace?


To be able to give back to the running community and be able to help others in the way I have been helped, I would not have finished my first marathon if not for the pacer I was running with

Why should someone run in your pace group?


To have the camaraderie during tough parts of the race as well as having the value of experienced runners with you to assist in the best day possible!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Be relaxed and have fun! Don’t be afraid to ask questions as we go, anything I can do to help your race let me know, we will all stick together and hit the goal!
