Crossing the finish line with my son!

Why do you pace?

Share my excitement and love for running with others.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

After pacing a group recently, several of them were able to pull ahead at the finish and PR! Several of them hugged and thanked me after.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

We’ll keep the positive energy flowing. It’s amazing what a little support can help you accomplish!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Stay positive!  Mind over matter.  Hydrate and fuel properly before and during your race. You can do this!

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I will volunteer for anything from PTA to Boy Scouts to humanitarian dental work.
