Seeing the clock off turn 4 at the finish of the Pocono marathon in 2010 and that I was less than three minutes away from missing Boston |

I feel it as the next step in running, to make others achieve their goals |

Paced some college friends at previous races to get them in a healthy way and finish strong Seeing them finish in one piece and proud with the help I provided |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I wear a Speedo (who else does that?), I try to engage spectators, we try to have fun |

Just go and have fun! Even when the going gets tough, keep digging and find your fun! |
