Describe your best marathon memory.


Last year at the 26.2 with Donna marathon, I ran with my Group We Run for M&M’s and helped many of the new group members become marathoners.

Why do you pace?


I love helping people achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.


When someone in my group didn’t think they could run 23 miles and helping them grasp that they were just 3 miles from their goal, 2 miles, 1 mile…they did it!   Best gift ever!    Giving them confidence in themselves.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


No one gets left behind.   I will get them to their finish.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.   Rest up.   Eat well.   Enjoy the experience.
