A quotation you like…

“The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

But I have promises to keep,

And miles to go before I sleep,

And miles to go before I sleep.”

Why do you run?

I run for health, fitness and stress relief.

Describe your best marathon memory.

When I completed my first 50K at the 2013 Niagara Ultra in Ontario, Canada, I was flabbergasted and overjoyed when they announced that I placed 1st in my age group.

Why do you pace?

I love to encourage other runners on the course to keep moving and realize their dreams.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

At the 2014 Javelina Jundred in Fountain Hills, AZ, I paced my husband for the last 40 miles of his first 100 Mile Ultramarathon finish while wearing a jeanie costume.

We will have a lot of fun on the course and you will achieve your race goals!
