Why do you run?

I run for the physical benefits it provides, the friendships running has helped me build and for the stress relief being active provides. 

Describe your best marathon memory.

No one finish line has really been better than another.  Each has come with it's own lessons, challenges and memories. 

Why do you pace?

I have been lucky to be surrounded by supportive runners who want to see me reach my goals.  I would like to "pay it forward' and support others the same way.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Because I am charming and delightful of course. 

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Relax and enjoy.  It will be over before you know it

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I deliver Meals on Wheels, volunteer in the elementary school library, and I am a Girl Scout Leader.
