Who do you train with?

Personal goals

A quotation you like…

Don’t give up, don’t ever give up! – Jimmy Valvano

Why do you run?

I run to get away from the real world, for a break.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Approaching and then passing Wellesley College during the 2011 Boston Marathon. The roar of the women was incredible! Could hear them before getting to them, and could hear them for half a mile after passing them.

Why do you pace?

To help other individuals achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I helped a fellow racewalker to an awesome workout. After that day, the individual thanked me every time they saw me for what they did that day.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

The pace group is a great way to have support through the long run/race. The individuals in the group all have similar goals, and can push each other to the finish, one mile at a time.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

I am a great motivator, an experienced pacer and coach, and we will have a great time together.
