A quotation you like…

Be the change you wish to see in the world

Why do you run?

I run because it is something I enjoy doing with friends and by dogs and also to stay physically/mentally/spiritual fit!

Describe your best marathon memory.

My best marathon memories have been when my friends and I dress up in costume, run together, and have fun. We really enjoyed doing the Kentucky Derby marathon where 3 of us dressed as a Derby Jockey, horse, and Derby lady.

Why do you pace?

To be able to help others achieve their goals and also to meet new people

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I paced my boyfriend in his 1st 100 mile race for the last 40 miles. It was really excited to be able to help keep him physically & mental in the game to complete his 1st 100 and in a very good time!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I will genuinely try to make sure you have the best race experience possible! Where it is telling stories, giving nutrition advice, or keeping you motivated.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

My best marathon memories (and fastest times) have all been when we dress up and remembered to have fun. We have all chosen to be out here racing so let’s make sure we run smart & have fun while reaching our goals!

Anything else you’d like to share?

On race day do not try anything you have not used during training, fuel early, and focus on the things within your control (you can’t control the weather but you can control how you handle the weather).

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Active volunteer at SPCA animal shelter & Sheltered Paws dog rescue, Give Back Cincinnati, Girls on the run, tutoring at a middle school
