Finishing the 2013 Disney Marathon with my wife was great. I got food poisoning on the Friday before the race and decided to stay with and help her finish her first marathon. |

I have always had a natural ability to keep pace and run steady. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced my friend during a local half marathon; his goal was to break 1:30. We where about 1 minute under goal pace when suddenly we where only under by 5-10 seconds. We hammered the last few miles and he went 1:29:41. Well the race was actually .4mile long so he ended up with a 1:27 time. |
